Canandaigua Lake Residence

Hamilton Stern built a custom modern home on Canandaigua Lake. What started as a tennis court and guest house has turned into a modern family home that boasts natural stone veneer and charred wood siding, a great room with 22’ high ceilings, a two-sided fireplace, custom millwork throughout, steel and walnut staircases, and custom bunk beds that sleep 25. Outdoor entertainment includes 13’ tall screen enclosure with in-ceiling heaters, a green roof and multiple balcony areas, custom built in-ground infinity edge spa with auto cover, a cushioned pickleball/basketball court, a new dock and walkway, and renovations to the existing lakeside structures.
