Eugenio María de Hostos Charter School Expansion

The transformation of the Eugenio María de Hostos Charter School campus created a centralized learning environment designed to support students in grades 6-12. The 110,000-square-foot project included the renovation of the existing middle school, adaptive reuse of a historic church into a three-story Ninth Grade Academy, and construction of a new Section V gymnasium. Additional improvements included a new cafeteria, auditorium, and student gathering spaces that enhance both academic and extracurricular experiences. By bringing multiple facilities together into a cohesive campus, the project provides students, staff, and families with modern spaces for learning, athletics, collaboration, and community engagement.
