Hurlbut Care Communities: Penfield Place

Hamilton Stern doubled a senior care community’s space by adding over 15,000 sq. ft. of new construction. The new building connects seamlessly to the existing center while adding a new lunchroom, therapy room, activity atrium, and 28 private rehabilitation and resident rooms. Each space was designed to enrich residents’ minds, bodies, and spirits.
