Partnering with the Urban League of Rochester Economic Development Corporation, Hamilton Stern built this ground-up multi-family building in the city of Rochester, NY. The once-vacant lot is now home to a three-story, 19 unit-building. Building amenities include common laundry, a community room, elevators, and on-site parking.
