Keuka Housing Council
To provide shelter and housing solutions for those in need, Keuka Housing Council tasked Hamilton Stern with restoring a free-standing house and two historic row houses. The eight-unit project included a building addition, interior demolition, framing, new finishes, windows, roofing, and siding with new mechanical and electrical systems.
Site improvements also included new stormwater management, site asphalt and concrete, and landscaping. This project was in collaboration with T.A.B. Design Architects with funding from New York State HHAP.
