Lake House I

Hamilton Stern led new construction of a 2,200 sq. ft. residence with another 1,000 sq. ft. of outdoor decks with views of both the bay and lake. Modern finishes include exposed concrete floors, cable-stair rails, light woods, and stone and steel beams. The home is equipped with a hi-fi system with speakers installed throughout, an automated system for temperature control and lighting, and motorized insect screens and window shades.
