Pathstone Scattered Site
This large-scale phased renovation encompassed eight multi-family housing sites across the greater Rochester area (three counties and six towns). Hamilton Stern renovated 203 units in total, including exteriors and interiors. The units received new plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, roofing, and extensive site work. Services also included select window and siding replacements.
