Railton Residence
Salvation Army selected Hamilton Stern Construction to transform the second and third floors of their existing shelter, located on Liberty Pole Way in Rochester, into seven modern studio apartment-style units within a project schedule of six months. This included all demolition, metal framing, drywall, finishes, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electric and having to convert an existing roof patio into a unit. Railton Residence serves as permanent supportive housing for individuals who are experiencing homelessness.
