Verona Village Apartments

Hamilton Stern completed a comprehensive, occupied renovation of five buildings with a total of 46 apartments for this affordable senior housing development located in Ovid, NY. Updates and repairs included replacing heating, ventilation, insulation, siding, and roofing, expansion of kitchens, remodeling of bathrooms, and improvements to the property, including new patios for each unit and a common community gazebo.
