Celebrating Advancements: From Project Superintendent to Senior Project Superintendent
At Hamilton Stern Construction, growth and development are crucial not just for the company and projects but for the individuals who drive them. We are proud to celebrate the promotions to senior project superintendent of three of our project superintendents—Josh Grobe, Ty Ross, and Vince Volpe.
Josh Grobe joined Hamilton Stern in 2017 and has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience. His hands-on management approach, along with his expertise in all aspects of carpentry makes him a natural project leader. Josh is a skilled and talented construction superintendent who continues to impress clients with the speed at which his projects advance and with his immaculate attention to all the details. Over the years, he has worked on significant projects, including Canal Commons and Wellington Woods.
Ty Ross has worked at Hamilton Stern since 2010 and was one of the first hires of the company. He brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience to every project. Ty is recognized for his leadership skills and ability to manage and stay on the critical path to meet project goals. He has worked on notable projects for the company, such as The Apartments at The Lyceum and St. Bernard’s Park Apartments.
Vince Volpe has over 30 years of construction industry experience. Along with his expertise in fine woodworking and cabinetry, he is a master craftsman and excels at overseeing creative, unique and challenging projects. Vince has served in a leadership and project superintendent role on some of our most intricate and complex projects and has been with the Hamilton Stern team since 2011. He has worked on numerous projects at St. John Fisher University and on commercial renovations.
