Previously located in Scottsville, New York, Ambrell Corporation tasked Hamilton Stern with completely renovating a 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse in the Canalside Business Park on Lyell Avenue to enhance manufacturing operations and add jobs within New York State. Hamilton Stern acted as general contractor, building the highly-specialized plumbing and electrical framework and updating the warehouse interior.
