Miller Building

Open Door Mission tasked Hamilton Stern with renovating a historical building into affordable housing to accommodate those in need. Hamilton Stern transformed the four-story space into 24 apartments. The work included substantial structural repair and replacement, while at the same time preserving the historic characteristics of the building. The build-out also included supporting common spaces as well as a new elevator and heating systems.
