Canal Commons

Located in the Susan B. Anthony neighborhood of downtown Rochester, NY, this project was a full historical rehabilitation and revitalization of a five-story former vacant manufacturing building into 123 affordable and supportive housing units adhering to preservation standards. While significant structural repairs were uncovered and addressed, the project completed ahead of schedule. Additionally, Canal Commons earned green certifications utilizing clean building materials and energy-efficient features.
