Apartments at The Lyceum

This project was a historic preservation/adaptive reuse of a former Catholic school and community center in Buffalo, NY, to create 42 affordable workplace apartments and supportive homes, community center, and 7,600 sf of commercial space. On the exterior, 10 adjacent lots were developed into green space, walking areas, parking, and a playground area to expand the overall footprint of the property.
