St. Michael’s Parish Hall

This unique project, at the site of the iconic St. Michael’s Church in downtown Rochester, included the renovation of the outbuilding known as St. Michael’s Parish Hall. Constructed in the late 1800s, the Hall—which originally served as the church until the cathedral was built—is now repurposed into a senior center for Ibero-American Action League. The interior of St. Michael’s Hall needed many updates to provide a functional, modern space for the organization, including transforming an open area to offices, refinishing the hardwood floors, replacing mechanicals, updating fixtures and lighting, renovating the restrooms and kitchen, and several cosmetic improvements to restore the inner beauty and character of the building.
