Dimitri House

Dimitri House tasked Hamilton Stern with renovating a vacant house and adding a small addition to create six apartments. These units would act as long-term housing solutions to help those in need establish self-sufficiency. Each one-bedroom apartment was equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom, complete with new finishes and fixtures. The building featured brand-new infrastructure, including a new electric distribution, HVAC systems, tankless domestic water heaters, and fire protection systems. Exterior improvements included new siding, windows doors, and roofing. A new rear deck was also added with an ADA-compliant lift.
