Founders Way
Hamilton Stern spearheaded the Founder’s Way affordable housing project, which included four sites. The first building was a 30,000 sq. ft. renovation with a 50,000 sq. ft. four-story addition. This consisted of 67 apartment units.The next two buildings were new constructions, each a three-unit townhome. The final building renovation converted a single-family home into two apartment units.
