QCI Asset Management Inc.

In partnership with Spectrum Design Group, Hamilton Stern renovated a 1990s commercial space into a modern accounting office building. The new exterior showcases raw materials, such as core-ten steel, concrete, stacked stone, Shou Sugi Ban wood, and custom landscaping. For the interior, the new floor plan positions meeting areas and offices around the perimeter, each staged with custom white oak, steel furniture, and marble. The finished space features modern lighting panels that disappear into the white walls and ceilings. Glass walls and doors provide physical separation without impeding vision. Hamilton Stern enlisted local artisans to elevate the custom space with hand-finished elements.
