Oversaw the renovations of two franchise locations converting existing retail buildings into a luxury dog boarding and daycare facility in Greece and Penfield. This upscale pet hotel features doggie daycare suites, and updated HVAC, mechanical and plumbing along with installation of glass, premium flooring and modern interior accents and finishes, hospital grade advanced air purification, and upgrades to the exterior façade.
