School House Manor

School House Manor was a four-phased renovation project of a 58,375-square-foot occupied apartment building. The first phase involved adding seven new apartments within the existing footprint and renovating 27 existing units over the remaining three phases. The historical building was a school-turned-apartment building. The project also included new HVAC system throughout the building, exterior masonry work, installation of new windows to match the historical look, and a full renovation to convert the old school theater into a new community room.
