St. John Fisher University – Ward Haffey Kitchen
Hamilton Stern renovated the Ward Haffey Kitchen during a four-week shutdown. After removing the existing tray line conveyor system and quarry tile kitchen, a new pitched waterproof resinous floor system was installed. Other upgrades included improved plumbing, waterproof wall panels, new lighting, ceiling tiles, and a new stainless steel tray conveyor system.
