Mills at High Falls III
Hamilton Stern renovated an existing historic industrial building into 19 affordable, multi-family apartments totaling 22,000 sq. ft. The project was funded by the City of Rochester, NYSHFA, and Federal Historical Tax Credits. The units boast 14-foot ceilings, original factory doors, and brickwork detail that was carefully preserved in both the units and common spaces.
