Wheat Street Apartments

Hamilton Stern provided preconstruction, design-assist, and construction management services on this adaptive reuse project for Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services. A former 35,000-sf elementary school in Cayuga was transformed into 31 apartments, along with the construction of three 20,000-sf new townhome buildings with a total of 16 units. A community space and playground completed the development.
